The second debate between President Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden will be virtual, with both candidates appearing from separate remote locations, the Commission on Presidential Debates announced Thursday — nearly a week after Trump announced he’d tested positive for the coronavirus.The debate, scheduled for Oct. 15, “will take the form of a town meeting,” organizers said.Trump’s announcement of his positive COVID-19 test had thrown the status of all future 2020 debates in doubt.
